Sexuality Education Coaching Program
Empowering & comprensive education relating to sexual health, self-advocacy, and respect for others.
“This program is designed for adults with developmental disabilities to provide comprehensive education on a range of important topics related to relationships, boundaries, and sexual health. The program covers areas such as understanding body changes, consent, safe and healthy relationships, personal boundaries, communication, and decision-making. It also addresses topics like personal safety, recognizing and reporting abuse, and understanding sexual rights and responsibilities. The primary goal of the classes is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate relationships and sexual experiences in a safe, respectful, and informed manner. Through interactive discussions, role-playing, videos, and structured lessons, participants learn about self-advocacy, how to communicate their needs and boundaries, and how to make informed decisions that promote their well-being. The program aims to foster confidence, respect for others, and healthy self-expression in all aspects of relationships and personal safety.”
